Privacy Policy
Northside Concreting is a website operated by Lachlan Joseph William Edwards trading as KINGTRADIE, ABN 53 642 140 313. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator. This page explains what happens to the details you send through the site, in plain English, and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If the policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date.
Effective date: 11 July 2026.
What We Collect
The quote form asks for six things: your name, your suburb, your phone number, your email address, the type of concreting work you're after, and whatever you write in the "Tell us about the job" field. That is everything the form collects. There's no photo upload and no account to create.
If you call [PHONE-TBD] instead, we'll have your phone number and the job details you give us over the phone.
Two kinds of information are collected in the background, and both are explained further down this page:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, processes standard technical data such as your IP address to serve pages and filter spam. That includes the Turnstile check on the quote form, which blocks automated submissions.
- Google Analytics 4 collects general usage data, like which pages get read and how visitors found the site.
How We Use Your Details
Your details are only used to arrange your quote, exactly as the form says. In practice that means we respond to your enquiry, we pass your details to the local concreting partner who will measure and price the job, and we follow up so the enquiry doesn't stall. Passing your enquiry to the concreter is the whole point of the form: Northside Concreting is a client-connection service, and the terms of service spell out who performs the work.
We don't sell your details and we don't add you to marketing lists. If you enquire about a driveway, what you hear back about is your driveway.
Who We Share It With
- The local concreting partner who will quote your job. They receive your enquiry details so they can contact you and arrange the site measure.
- The service providers that run the site: GoHighLevel, the system our enquiries land in; Cloudflare, which provides hosting, security and a log of enquiries; and Google, which provides the analytics described below.
Beyond those, your details are only disclosed if the law requires it. Some of these providers are global companies, so information may be stored on servers outside Australia.
Storage and Security
Enquiry details are stored in our enquiry system (GoHighLevel) and in the site's enquiry log (Cloudflare). The connection between your browser and this site is encrypted, and access to stored enquiries is limited to the people who need them to arrange your quote.
We keep enquiry details while they're needed to arrange and follow up your quote, and afterwards as part of ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time; the next section explains how. The other protection worth naming is a modest one: we collect very little in the first place, six form fields and nothing else.
Access, Correction, Complaints
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. There's no charge for any of those requests.
The way to reach us is the enquiry form: put your request in the "Tell us about the job" field and we'll be in touch within one business day. You can also call [PHONE-TBD]. If we can't do what you've asked, we'll tell you why.
If you believe we've mishandled your personal information and our response hasn't resolved it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site gets used: which pages get read, how visitors arrive, and which guides actually help. GA4 sets cookies so it can tell one visit from another, and we read its reports in aggregate to improve the pages.
Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security, including the Turnstile check that keeps automated spam out of the quote form. There are no advertising or social-media pixels on this site.
If your browser blocks cookies, the site still works: the pages, the quote form and the phone number don't depend on them.
